Job Title: Assembly Room Supervisor
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Job Type: Full-Time, 2nd Shift, Temp-to-Hire
Reports To: Production Manager
Assembly Room Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the assembly department to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Assign and schedule tasks to meet production goals and deadlines
- Monitor and guide team performance; address personnel issues as needed
- Approve employee timecards and PTO requests
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment as required
- Ensure proper assembly of components, alignment, and quality standards
- Support production scheduling and internal communication
- Participate in management and safety meetings
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Secure the facility at the end of the shift
- Maintain production records and equipment logs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Assembly Room Supervisor Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with increasing responsibility

- Monday.com
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Able to lift 35+ lbs
- Visual acuity for close, distance, color, and depth perception
- Active presence on the production floor

- Computers and basic office software
- Hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, glue guns
