Logistics Analyst Position Summary
-Provide project support and administrative assistance to the Key Accounts Managers.
-Compile records and reports for the Sales Department.
-Answer general inquiries from wholesale partners.
-Assist brokers, customers and vendors with questions and general customer service support.
-Organize events and trade fairs for the department.
-Serve as the point of contact for customer requests regarding logistical issues or promotional matters for the Logistics Department.
-Plan customer meetings related to business negotiations and promotions.
-Assist in the logistical monitoring of orders and products after the sales process.
Qualifications Summary
-Recent experience in a similar role within a logistics department performing office support activities.
-Solid knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
-Experience with NetSuite or other ERP system.
-Professional written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong customer service mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
-High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
