$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

The Strategic Sourcing Manager plays a key role in shaping long-term procurement strategy for indirect categories including MRO, capital equipment, chemicals, industrial gases, waste services, and professional services. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead global sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value agreements (including those exceeding $50M), and manage supplier performance across multiple sites and business units. Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive value through strategic supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead development and execution of category strategies for indirect spend across global operations.
• Run end-to-end sourcing events—supplier identification, RFx processes, market and spend analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Establish long-term supplier agreements focused on quality, service levels, pricing, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers based on competitiveness, capability, sustainability, and financial health.
• Define and monitor supplier KPIs; conduct regular reviews and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, operations, engineering) to align sourcing efforts with business goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing shifts, and market risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contractual terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
