What you'll do as Principal of Growth Marketing:We're looking for a Principal of Growth Marketing to scale and optimize Sploot's growth engine across acquisition, retention, and digital experience. You'll identify and drive high‑impact growth opportunities across key channels - including paid media, SEO, lifecycle/CRM, and digital funnels - while overseeing a mix of internal resources and agency partners.
This is a player‑coach role: you'll lead and orchestrate a team of marketers and agencies while rolling up your sleeves when needed to analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and execute high‑impact initiatives. The ideal candidate is impact‑oriented, analytically sharp, and thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
This is a career‑defining role for a senior ex‑consultant or growth operator (5–8 years total of professional experience), blending strategy, execution, and leadership with direct exposure to the Co‑CEOs. You'll have a clear path to Head of Growth and the opportunity to elevate an already‑strong growth engine into a world‑class system.
This is an in-office role based at Sploot HQ in Denver.
