Job DescriptionThe Contract Lead Consultant will manage the contract lifecycle process for new business relationships, existing B2B partners, and intercompany agreements. This includes initial preparation, stakeholder reviews, revisions, and finalization. The role requires collaboration with sales, account management, legal, pricing, and other teams, with a focus on compliance with data security laws, including PII.
Key ResponsibilitiesProficiency in contract writing, risk management, process documentation, and project management. Experience in drafting various contracts and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Interpersonal SkillsStrong communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills. Paralegal certification and notary are preferred.
Education & ExperiencePreferred: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience. Equivalent combinations considered.
Additional InformationBase salary ranges from $85,000 to $126,000, plus incentives. Background check required.
