We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Engineerwith a strongbackend orientationto join our engineering team. You will be part of a highly skilled group working onboth our open-source project and enterprise offering, Odigos. Our stack primarily includesGo (backend) and Next.js (frontend),with extensive use of Kubernetes, so we're looking for someone proficient in these technologies. Developers today struggle to extract and deliver high-quality monitoring data. Building an observability pipeline is a slow, manual process that takes months, requires extensive code changes across multiple R&D teams, and demands tight collaboration.

Odigos eliminates this complexity with an open-source solution that automatically generates distributed traces for any application—without any engineering work. By leveraging eBPF technology, Odigos enables seamless observability, making it easier than ever for developers to gain deep insights into their systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·Design, develop, and maintain both backend and frontend components ofour open-source and enterprise products.

·Work on backend development usingGo.

·Build and enhance our frontend architecture usingReact and Next.js, includingdesign systems and open-source contributions.

·Contribute to large-scaleobservability and telemetry solutions, working withOpenTelemetry and high-scale data pipelines.

·Engage with the developer community and contribute to our growing open-source ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Minimum Qualifications

·5+ yearsof experience as aFull-Stack Engineer.

·Strong expertise inbackend development(Go preferred but not required, experience with modern backend languages is sufficient).

·Strong frontend skills inReact (Next.js experience preferred).

·Experience in developing complex UI components.

·Experience in optimizing application performance.

Preferred Qualifications

·Proficiency in Go and Kubernetes.

·Familiarity with OpenTelemetryand observability tools.

·Experience working in acloud environmentwith microservices architecture.
