ChampionX has an immediate need for a Digital Account Manager in Williston, North Dakota or Dickinson, North Dakota. This role involves remotely monitoring Tank Level Monitors (TLM) to enhance production efficiency and support operational tasks to optimize well performance.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with business partners to define solutions and address opportunities.
- Build relationships with RAMs across US Land for best practice sharing.
- Utilize internal relationships across departments like Marketing, RDE, TEAMS Center, and others.
- Coordinate with technical teams on Digital Solutions and Corporate IT.
- Create visual management tools to identify business opportunities.
- Develop digital tools and analyze data trends using PowerBI.
- Maintain project information and update stakeholders on project status.
- Follow best practices and proactively seek process improvements.
- Support product lifecycle, including design and development phases.
- Ensure 100% safety compliance and training.
- Mentor team members and provide feedback.
- Build relationships with account leads and key stakeholders.
- Participate in customer meetings and support account reviews.
- Assist with meeting preparation using dashboards.
- Travel as needed to support business and training requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (SSRS, Power BI, SQL).
- Ability to resolve problems independently and professionally.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of IT or related experience.
- Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving.
- Background in technical sales, finance, or sales support.
- Project management training or experience.
