Position: Sr. Technical Product Manager, Global Product and Solutions

As a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Cencora, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of inventory management within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. This position focuses on both software and hardware products, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. You will guide products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet client needs and enhance our market position. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care. This role is ideal for proactive individuals passionate about driving transformation.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Maintain a detailed product roadmap, conduct market research, and identify trends and opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison among product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams. Develop relationships with stakeholders and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
• Agile Process Management: Participate in agile ceremonies, define technical requirements, and track development metrics to optimize product delivery.
• User Story Development: Craft user stories, prioritize backlogs, and gather user feedback to refine features. Collaborate with engineering and design teams for scalable architecture.
• Customer Engagement & Success: Engage with customers to understand needs, ensure smooth onboarding, and monitor post-launch performance for continuous improvement.
• Financial Collaboration: Work with finance teams on business cases, analyze financial data, and adjust strategies based on market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product or Technical Product Manager in healthcare, specifically with inventory management solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies, B2B/B2C, and eCommerce products is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing both software and hardware products through their lifecycle.
• Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is preferred.

Salary Range*

$98,200 - $151,360

*Note: This range reflects a national average. Actual salaries may vary based on location, with up to 10% lower or 12% higher depending on the state.
