- Lead the Delivery Vehicle Preparation Team and manage documentation
- Oversee vehicle preparation operations, including vehicle movement, delivery scheduling, repairs, detailing, lot organization, and support coordination
- Meet and exceed KPIs, sales, delivery targets, and P&L requirements
- Resolve customer concerns regarding vehicle quality and preparation
- Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring timely staffing
- Provide regular feedback and ensure adherence to Tesla policies, dress code, and grooming standards
- Maintain facility standards, manage showroom presentation, and control expenses to reduce costs
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Proven leadership in field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments with customer-facing responsibilities
- Excellent communication, time-management, problem-solving skills, and adherence to Tesla standards
- Ability to build collaborative, trusted relationships
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting
- Valid driver's license
