ABC Imaging is a global Printing and Media company, providing One Stop Visual Solutions to Fortune 500 Companies worldwide. Locations in the USA, London, Dubai, and Shanghai.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for color and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Write up job workflows and put into production.
  • Create production schedules.
  • Manage all projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules and quality are maintained.
  • Manage the production team and assign work.
  • Manage packing for shipping.
  • Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.
  • Sourcing and qualifying new print materials.
  • Conduct R&D for new projects, focusing on production processes with keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Problem-solving to address issues that arise during production.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel (Medium Level).
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
