Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Advisor to join our dynamic team at Blue Yonder. The Solutions Advisor will be responsible for offering guidance and expertise on supply chain solutions to enhance our customers' business processes and optimize their operations.
Scope
Blue Yonder is searching for a Solutions Advisor to join our Manufacturing team. This role requires knowledge in manufacturing planning, processes, procedures, and best practices. The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, demonstrating and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to provide thought leadership and process expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Location:
US-Remote with ability to travel up to 50%

What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor by offering strategic insights and solutions that meet business needs
- Partner with sales to present solutions to current customers and explore new business opportunities
- Engage with potential customers through proposals and prospecting
- Coordinate with internal teams to present proposal information
- Communicate customer requirements to product development teams
- Lead business discovery sessions to identify pain points and root causes
- Demonstrate the value of Blue Yonder solutions and product sets
- Contribute to the customer lifecycle process to secure business
- Coordinate transition meetings with the implementation team
- Monitor industry trends to keep solutions innovative
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in supply chain advisory or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning and processes
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Motivated, confident, and self-sufficient
- Well organized with a track record of meeting commitments
Additional Information:
The base salary range is $105,000 - $125,000, with potential bonuses or commissions.
