Skills Needed (AKA Your Superpowers):
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in modular construction, general contracting, CRE, or adjacent industries.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing 6- to 7-figure deals
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project timelines, and stakeholder roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), G-Suite, and proposal management
- Ability to prospect creatively and consistently-- even when leads are inbound
- Confident communicator and persuasive presenter, both in person and virtually
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented with a self-starter mindset
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and pivot when needed
Bonus Points if You Have…
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field
- Existing network or prior experience in F&B, solar, or prefab industries
- Knowledge of state modular programs, container-based construction, or shipping container building code considerations
- Familiarity with estimating, design-build contracts, or project management workflows
What You'll Own:
- Drive outbound sales strategy to open new doors across commercial, food & beverage, residential, and industrial verticals
- Convert incoming leads into qualified opportunities, walking them through ROXBOX's pre-construction sales process
- Develop key client relationships from initial inquiry through project kickoff
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, PMs) to ensure project alignment and strong handoffs
- Manage the sales pipeline via HubSpot, tracking contacts, activities, and deal progress
- Support strategic growth initiatives with marketing—new markets, partnerships, verticals, and product lines
- Present solutions and close deals through compelling, informed proposals
- Stay informed on competitor activity, industry trends, and construction project opportunities
- Own and report on sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline metrics
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows as needed
Job Details:
- Location: Houston, TX (preferred) or Denver, CO for the right candidate
- Schedule: Monday - Friday schedule with occasional travel, evenings or weekends
- Employment type: Full-time, salaried with benefits
- Compensation Range: $95,000 - $120,000 DOE with uncapped commission structure
- Dress code: Business casual
- Work environment: Office-based with occasional travel and events
