Utility Buffet Server

You will greet residents and their guests into the dining room buffet line for the evening meal, review menu options and take orders. You will be responsible for a number of critical tasks including washing dishes, busing and setting tables, prepping food, and stocking the salad bar. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen. You can connect with residents each meal. You have an eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry. You have experience working and collaborating in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting.
