ELECTIONS COORDINATOR - The Office of the Lieutenant Governor oversees elections throughout the state and informs Utahs voters of the election process. In addition to these duties, the Office also administers notary public commissions, document authentication, city and town incorporations, lobbyist regulations, boundary certifications, and campaign finance disclosure compliance. The Office is looking for a dedicated individual to serve as an elections coordinator responsible for managing election responsibilities and special projects. Those responsibilities will include assisting the public, candidates, and voters with election related inquiries, working with assigned county clerks throughout the state to ensure their needs are met, providing assistance and training to county and city officials regarding election laws and processes, and helping with the day-to-day administration of the Lieutenant Governors Office.
