About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding experience for Pareto's growing client base. As the primary point of contact during implementation, you will ensure a smooth and efficient transition to Pareto's innovative benefits financing and cost management solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping first impressions, driving client satisfaction, and fueling long-term growth.
Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will manage client communications, coordinate onboarding efforts, track documentation and deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for Members and Consultants.
