Private Capital Raising Role
Under general direction with moderate supervision, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to play a role in supporting the execution of private capital raising mandates. Works on projects, programs or processes to drive growth in the PCM business with cross-functional teams. Assists in influencing strategic direction and developing tactical plans to complete assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with the preparation, marketing, diligence, negotiation, and other aspects of capital raise mandates for clients.
- Supports in all aspects of materials preparation for a capital raise including management presentation, positioning, financial model, metrics, and other key deliverables.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
- Foundational investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.
- Concepts, principles and practices of Investment Banking and ECM.
- Financial markets and products.
Skill in:
- Analyzing and interpreting financial statements.
- Analytical skills sufficient to assess and explain events in the market.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think independently sufficient to market ideas.
- Defining high standards of quality and evaluate products, services, and own performance against those standards.
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software application to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheets.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
Education/Previous Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 1- 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- OR ~
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
Licenses/Certifications:
- SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
- FINRA Series 7 License required.

$80,000.00-$125,000.00
