Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, develop, and direct all operations of the Clinical Services Department.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality care are maintained.
  • Oversee nursing care delivery, assess residents' needs, and coordinate individualized care plans.
  • Implement Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Programs.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Manage the budget and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

    • Qualifications:

    • Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
    • Valid RN license; CPR certification required.
    • Long term care experience preferred.
