This role is part of our outpatient services team, which provides treatment for mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders to clients of all ages, including youth and adults. This Clinical Supervisor provides oversight to the case management function, in coordination with the clinical supervisor who oversees the therapy function.Responsibilities:Assists in establishing standards and procedures for service deliveryProvides clinical and administrative supervision to assigned outpatient clinical staffOversees credentialing and license status of staff assignedAssists with case record reviews for quality and appropriateness of service deliveryAttends community meetings in relationship to service delivery, as needed Works with Clinical Utilization Manager ensure quality clinical services are provided and that clinical documentation completed by staff meets agency and funder requirementsAttends staff meetings, clinical team meetings, management team meetings, and Quality Improvement meetings Maintains a small caseload of therapy clients & intakes and maintains productivity of 30%Assigns, supervises, and monitors clinical activities of supervisees through individual and group supervision, review of clinical records, review of monthly productivity reports to ensure performance meets agency productivity and documentation requirementsHelps with recruitment and selection of clinical staff and orients and trains new employeesProvides on the job training and facilitates other staff development opportunitiesEvaluates staff performance annuallyDevelops and implements corrective action plans with staff to address performance issues, as indicatedEmbraces utilization of Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) as applicable to populations served and commits to implementation and supervision of EBPs in accordance with fidelity requirementsPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsJob Requirements:The following requirements are those that are normally required for performance of this position.
