Order Puller
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing items for shipment or delivery, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pull and prepare customer orders from inventory using pick lists or handheld scanners.
Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or carts (training provided if necessary).
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Communicate with supervisors or team leads regarding any discrepancies or issues with orders.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or order pulling experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math and reading skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
