The LTC Supervisor will lead nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and support regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.Job Responsibilities Supervise and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants during assigned ordinate and evaluate resident care delivery to ensure adherence to care plans and facility standards.Respond to clinical issues, emergencies, and changes in resident condition with sound judgment and leadership.Monitor staffing levels, assign duties, and manage workflow to maintain efficient operations.Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and care conferences.Ensure proper documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulations.Foster a collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented work culture. Qualifications Active RN license in good standing.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or charge role preferred.Strong knowledge of LTC regulations, care standards, and resident rights.Excellent communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.Current BLS certification required.
