Nanny Needed For My Children

I'm currently a stay at home mom but I'm looking to re-enter the workplace. My little girl is 4 months old and a truly happy baby. My schedule would be 8-5, M-F with possibility of some over nights or longer nights/weekends. I'm looking for someone who would be available full time, and if I had to go out of town for work would be available to either stay with my LO or travel with me. It's big ask but she's everything to us and we truly want someone that will love her the way we do.
