Development Engineer - Methods Development
: Job Details :

Work with platform and systems teams to identify test method gaps and work to close them. Guide requirement-based testing, analytic tools, and early testing to support development & Validations Methods. Mature, standardize and document test methods. Create, present and maintain test documentation. Develop test processes to improve efficiency and assure consistency. Specify and procure new test equipment. Ensure test correlation to product-specific duty cycles and Reliability targets. Adapt test methodologies to address test detection needs as compared to customer usage and warranty. Train and mentor others in testing methodologies. Maintain strict confidentiality. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: B. S in Mechanical Engineering or Related. Minimum 2 years testing/validation experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to form cross functional relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
