: Job Details :

1st 5:30am to 2:00pm Monday-FridayShift: 2:00PM to 10:30PM Monday-FridayEssential Job Functions:*Locates material to be produced as directed by Sales*Prepares machine for processing-Loads coil onto uncoiler-Verifies coil identity and specifications (gauge)-Insures proper material condition and identification-Feeds material through levellor-Feeds material through cut to length*Performs Quality Checks:-Audits widths, length, diagonal dimensions, surface, shape, and metal condition*Prepares skid and packaging station*Bands completed skid and wraps with packaging paper*Creates and applies identification to completed skid of material*Moves completed material to shipping area*Processes steel to customer specifications while performing inspection for any nonconformance*Completes required quality and production reports*Rotates function with Package Line Associate*Performs minor maintenance as necessary*Adheres to all company safety and quality standards*Maintains a clean and safe work area
