Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5s standards.
- Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime and waste.
- Assume active role in overall plant and facility related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
- Perform housekeeping functions as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be willing to work all three shifts as needed.
- Must have a good attendance record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a basic understanding to follow instructions in English
- Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated longevity of at least one year in previous employment. Preference given to candidates with previous experience.

- Agility: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
Shifts:
- 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm
- 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am
*Must be able to work all shifts as assigned
