Shift Hours: 7 AM- 3:30 PM Starting Wage: $18.00 POSITION SUMMARY: Position is responsible for the preparation and packaging of product in the precooked area. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspects product coming out of ovens for proper size, shape, color and weight to ensure specifications are met. Realign products prior to entering the freezer to ensure the product coming out frozen is of a flat, smooth, uniform shape. Inspect product prior to robot to sort out any product damages throughout the freezing process, or otherwise not conforming to company and customer set standards. Sanitation duties as necessary. Add filling to products requiring it. Fold omelets or squares. Count patties and add the proper number to each case. Assembly of boxes and insertion of bags. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained.
