My husband and I work from home and my schedule is somewhat flexible and I might not need someone 5 days a week. It's to care for our 7. 5-month-old son. Most days one of us would be home with you while we work. Certain days seem busier than others for me so if you have some flexibility, that's a plus. It wouldn't be a 9-5 job. We also have 3 Golden Retrievers (very friendly) but you have to like dogs!
