Clinical Program Manager* Salary Range: $83,491 - $100,196/year based on relevant years of experience.* Location: Larimer county, Colorado* Status: full time, 40 hoursRole Overview:The Clinical Manager is over Specialized Women's Services, Orchards Outpatient clinic, Trauma Systems Therapy, School based Mental Health Specialists, and our brief therapy First Step clinic. Responsible for providing clinical, administrative, and oversight to designated programs to meet the behavioral health needs of our clients or consumers. Ensure that clinical programming is adhering to licensing guidelines, applicable rules and regulations, and that treatment rendered is ethical and applicable to the needs of the population. This position will demonstrate a commitment and provide leadership for Summitstone Health Partner's values by delivering visionary and clinical leadership while fostering trust, collaboration, and a diverse and inclusive environment.Essential Duties:* Serves as primary oversight to clinical program staff, including case managers, behavioral health therapists, team leads, and supervisors, ensuring adherence to clinical quality and therapeutic best practice in the delivery of evidence-driven and integrated mental health and substance use care.* Collaborates with the Operational leadership team, collaborates with operational leaders and departmental teams to collect and analyze data, prepare comprehensive reports, and support decision-making related to service evaluation, capacity planning, access to care, and program outcome measurement to ensure alignment with community needs.* Acts as a bridge between programs; promoting and supporting the culture of SummitStone.* Recruits and builds an effective team to deliver evidenced based and integrated behavioral health care and develops and fosters team values with staff.* Provides Clinical and Administrative supervision to a combination of program supervisors, team leads, and/or assigned mental health and substance use disorder treatment staff focused on delivering the highest quality clinical behavioral health care including taking lead on providing and implementing clinical training and education.* Contributes to the strategic planning process, including driving policy and procedure changes when necessary for program improvement. Which could also include overseeing the implementation of new clinical projects, service lines, and/or treatment sites.* Ensure accurate records and reporting for all grants/contracts assigned.* Works alongside Operational leaders and departments to gathers data and prepare a variety of reports to assist with evaluating services, determining capacity, or measuring program outcomes.* Perform direct client care for clients needing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment.* Evaluates staff performance for direct reports; addresses performance issues, resolves conduct and ethical issues; carries out disciplinary action when needed. Provides technical assistance, training and coaching in clinical and administrative areas, ensuring the highest competence for clinical staff and effective treatment intervention.* Contributes to the development, standardization, and implementation of evidence-based treatment protocols to promote high-quality, consistent, and effective care* Perform other duties as assigned and specific to program function.Minimum qualifications:* Masters (MA) Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited College or University required* More than five years of experience in the Mental Health Field, Substance Use Disorder Field or program of application required* More than three years of experience in a supervisory role (administrative or clinical) required* Experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders required* Experience in program development and managing clinical projects preferred* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered* Child and family clinical work experience* preferred leadership experience working with children and family ServicesEducation & Licensure:* Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required* CAS or LAC preferred* Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record* CPR and First Aid certifications may be required for certain locationsTotal RewardsAt SummitStone Health Partners we are proud to offer a competitive and competitive benefit package to support the wellbeing of our teams.
