Overview: Works with Relationship Specialists and Accounting to deliver high quality service to vendors and end user customers while ensuring transactions are finalized accurately and funded on a timely basis. Manages the process flow of transactions from the time of documentation is passed for system entry through the funding process in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete timely review of executed lease documentation, auditing for accuracy; escalate discovered items and/or return for correction and resolution.
• Verify terms of lease documentation with customers via phone or email.
• Provide assistance in coordinating the delivery and acceptance of leased equipment through receipt of the customer signature as required and reconcile any issues prior to funding; obtain any necessary change addendums to ensure correct executed lease documentation.
• Provide proactive verbal and/or written communication and updates regarding status of transactions to sales, dealers and/or operational personnel to ensure timely booking and funding.
• Work with Accounting to fund transactions within specified time periods.
• Understand and adhere to the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the company's risk appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required: Associate's degree and a minimum of 1 years' work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 3 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years' work experience Detail-oriented Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent word processing and spreadsheet software

Education and Experience Preferred: Leasing industry experience

Physical Requirements: M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $18.57 - $30.95 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
