The University's 2,600 staff help create an annual economic impact for the Piedmont Triad region in excess of $1B.Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit The Bryan School Graduate Programs Office provides administrative and student support services for the following graduate programs: MBA, MSA, MSITM, MS in IB, and 9 Post Baccalaureate Certificate programs (henceforth referred to as 'graduate programs'). The office provides support for recruiting, admissions, graduate assistantships appointments, and events for prospective and enrolled students in the stated graduate programs. The Graduate Programs Office works closely with the following internal constituents: Associate Dean/MBA Program Director, Assistant Dean, Administrative Director of Graduate Programs, Business Manager, MSA Program Director, MISITM Program Director, and the MSIB program director. The office supports almost 600 enrolled students, approximately 30 graduate faculty, approximately 25 graduate assistants and processes over 800 applications per year.Position Summary This University Program Associate shall be responsible for providing multifaceted support related to graduate programs offered within the Bryan School. Activities shall be in personnel and financial processing, as well as making contributions to general operations and student support. As outlined in greater detail below, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the Bryan School's graduate assistantship process, budget maintenance, financial processing to meet operational needs, and general program support.For success in this position, the individual will need a high degree of accuracy/attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and comfort using data platforms and technology. As this is a team-oriented role, the individual must be able to work well with others, engage in clear and professional communication tailored to various audiences, and provide excellent 'customer' service. The ability to self-initiate work and independently resolve issues will be important across all responsibilities.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
