As a prominent player in the HVACR sector, Copeland specializes in eco-friendly solutions for heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. We are currently seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist who is passionate about architecture and cloud technology. In this pivotal role within our Infrastructure and Cloud Hosting team, you will design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on Azure tailored to the needs of our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and architect cloud-native solutions on Azure, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to transform client requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on Azure services, tools, and frameworks to the development and operations teams.
• Implement DevOps practices to optimize and automate development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Utilize modern architectures such as containers, microservices, and serverless solutions on Azure.
• Foster agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in cloud computing and Azure technologies.
• Contribute to our Cloud Center of Excellence by sharing knowledge and best practices with fellow cloud professionals.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and architecting solutions on Azure.
• Strong familiarity with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL Database, and more.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, Jenkins, and Azure Pipelines.
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON and YAML, along with scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash.
• Experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in migrating workloads to Azure from on-premises solutions.
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams of developers and architects.
• Experience across multiple client domains and industries.
• Knowledge of hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or relevant certifications.
