What You'll Be Doing

  • Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reviews with business leaders, including developing business and financial presentations for senior management.

  • Build financial models with management to evaluate acquisition opportunities and provide subsequent support for post-acquisition integration of business processes.

  • Develop strategic business plans and initiatives, including large capital expenditures.

  • Understand key business drivers and provide management with accurate, timely, and relevant information to help influence decision making.

  • Utilize a broad range of financial expertise by managing projects that span across a variety of financial disciplines (e.g., planning, analysis, strategy).

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. MBA and/or CPA a plus.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting with demonstrated strong analytical, business partnering and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and the use of data visualization tools.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems, accounting software, and reporting tools is essential. Experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments while effectively conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting with occasional travel to operational sites. It requires collaboration with both finance and non-finance teams and offers a hybrid work model depending on location and business needs.
