Your Role: As a Front End Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and enhance web applications for both mobile and desktop platforms. You will play a key role in creating user-driven products, working collaboratively with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers. Your contributions will enhance user experience and optimize application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, modify, and test web software applications for both mobile and desktop.
• Create efficient and reusable front-end architectures for complex web applications.
• Implement engaging features and user interfaces to enhance performance.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user-facing products.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
• Analyze varying factors to address moderately complex problems.
• Define system component requirements for engineering teams.
• Coordinate project efforts with user researchers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Develop internal tools to streamline engineering processes and enhance productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in building mobile and desktop web applications using JavaScript, along with knowledge of asynchronous programming, closures, and ES6.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front-end performance.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong debugging, benchmarking, and User Interface component coding skills.
• Experience in building tools and maintaining codebase quality through linting and formatting.

Public Compensation: $229,501/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
