Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments and regions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. In addition to managing requisitions, this role will play a key part in building and launching new hiring initiatives designed to strengthen our employer brand and talent pipeline. You will have the opportunity to influence how we attract talent, implement best practices, and help shape the future of recruiting at Visual Edge IT.
Primary Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer delivery
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set success criteria, and develop tailored hiring strategies
- Source talent using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and outreach tools
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess qualifications and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain communication with all stakeholders
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate records in our ATS (Paycor Recruiting)
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with timely updates and professional communication
- Support the development of recruiting playbooks, templates, and best practices
- Participate in talent initiatives such as diversity recruiting, employer branding, and career fair planning
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (corporate/in-house recruiting preferred)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Paycor Experience a plus.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using multiple channels
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- A collaborative, resourceful approach with a passion for process improvement
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality candidate experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
