Position Summary:
Maintains and develops global SharePoint and PowerApps environment; enhances and builds out the SharePoint Intranet and document repository through MS Teams. Develops user friendly applications on the Power Platform. Honors and represents the mission, vision, and values of CIT and the IT department.

- Gathers, designs, develops, tests, implements, documents, and maintains new business process automation solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, SharePoint technologies and Office 365 apps including Teams and OneDrive,
- Builds technical data integration and workflow solutions within various systems.
- Assists in migrating, converting, and improving existing solutions from older versions of SharePoint and .NET applications to Power Platform and SharePoint Online platform
- Helps and guides users to effectively use Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office 365 applications and expands its capabilities throughout the organization.
- Applies development best practices and design methodologies to create easy-to-use and maintainable applications.
- Identifies new areas and business processes where PowerApps/SharePoint can be leveraged and facilitate continual process improvement.
- Administers and supports Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (AAD) in a Hybrid configuration
- Performs preventative maintenance and helps manage security within the Active Directory and Office 365
- Plans and documents O365 configuration, migrations, testing and validations strategies.
- Troubleshoots application errors; defines scope; and determines and implements solutions in a timely manner.
- Administers cloud technologies with focus on Microsoft Azure AD and assists with Microsoft 365 management.
- Supports Identity Access Management (IAM) program, Role-based access control, Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On, End-User provisioning, identity and access governance, and identity data synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
- Troubleshoots issues related to employee, contractor, consultant, or service accounts.
- Configures and maintains a global technology portfolio covering Active Directory, Azure AD to AD integration, SSO connectors & interfaces, and LDAP/Kerberos implementations.
- Performs break/fix on IAM items, including GPO, AD, LDAP, SSO, ADFS, MFA/2FA and other related items.
- Audits authentication and authorization access on periodic basis, review data and remediate where necessary
- Develops and maintains all user documentation according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by conducting research, attending seminars, educational workshops, classes, and conferences.
- Provides excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and presents a positive, professional demeanor and image.
- Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of traditional form of government and tribal customs and traditions.
- Knowledge and strong UI/UX experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in building custom entities for the Common Data Service and DataVerse.
- Knowledge in creating and maintaining workflows using SharePoint designer.
- Knowledge of enterprise application development and intranet best practices.
- Skill in analyzing problems, projecting consequences, identifying solutions, and implementing recommendations.
- Ability to configure and maintain SharePoint site collections, document libraries, lists, and site pages.
- Ability to design and deliver solutions leveraging the following technologies - PowerApps | Power Automate (Flow) | Power BI | SharePoint Online | Teams
- Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system applications.
- Ability to provide overall design standards to be applied to all upcoming SharePoint and Power Apps projects.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement integrated software systems solutions to organizational requirements.
- Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess technology and capacity requirements.
- Ability to develop and write systems and applications documentation and guides for users.
- Ability to provide a range of systems training and support activities for users.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on systems and devices.
- Ability to demonstrate strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds, employees and officials.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
- Ability to maintain privileged confidential information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- Three years experience creating, installing and maintaining online platforms.
- Experience in Office 365 administration and Azure AD required.
- CompTIA Cloud+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals/Solutions Architect certifications preferred.
- SQL experience preferred.
- Training and/or certifications for PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer preferred.
- A combination of relevant education and related work experience may be considered.
- Valid drivers license is required when driving vehicles for work-related purposes.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening / investigation according to the established requirements below.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to sit, stand, and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee regularly is required to kneel or crouch; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Work is generally performed in an office setting with a moderate noise level. Exposure to dust, allergens, infectious disease, and hostile individuals may occur. Evening and/or weekend work may be required. Tight time constraints and multiple demands are common. Travel is required for training, meetings, conferences, presentations, and other events.
