As a detail-oriented and results-driven professional, you will:
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of system data across various applications.
- Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and governance strategies to maintain global data integrity.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement improvement plans to address issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand data requirements and resolve data-related challenges.
- Utilize SQL to query, extract, and analyze data for business needs.
- Generate and present data performance metrics to leadership to enhance data consistency.
- Provide training and support on data topics and best practices to team members.
- Manage ticket queues and prioritize strategic system developments.
- Facilitate migration of legacy data into modern systems as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data management or related fields, preferably in warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or reverse logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and AWS cloud tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight to create insightful dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to improve metrics and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex problems for non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing third-party vendors is a plus.
