Position Details:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Boyers, PA. An active Secret clearance is strongly preferred. If you do not already have one, you must be eligible and willing to go through the clearance process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle assignments that require sound judgment in resolving issues.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as document verification and manage calls and guest greetings.
- Provide administrative support to project and operations management, anticipating the needs of all departments.
Job-Specific Duties:
- Screen and schedule cases in compliance with Federal Investigation Standards.
- Follow up with agencies to collect any missing information for case screening and scheduling.
- Examine case materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract and Federal Background Investigation Standards.
- Support the ingestion and examination of applications, contacting appropriate agencies to obtain necessary data.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.
- Ability to work under direct supervision while handling basic issues and problems.
- Willingness to go through a clearance process if not currently possessing one.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Skill in problem and situation analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong attentiveness to deadlines.
