Join our team as an Enterprise Support Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT services, specifically within our Meta data centers. We are dedicated to providing innovative solutions that improve both technical and non-technical aspects of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve complex IT issues, enhance operational support, and optimize service delivery for all IT functions.
- Lead service and project initiatives in data centers, overseeing planning, execution, and project delivery while communicating updates to management and stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with various Enterprise Engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain the highest service quality in line with business objectives.
- Analyze regional business trends, providing actionable insights to IT service owners to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
- Identify trending issues and process gaps, sharing findings with cross-functional teams.
- Effectively manage and prioritize all IT escalations to ensure optimal resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support roles, focusing on operational enhancement in an enterprise or data center environment.
- 2+ years in supporting IT infrastructure areas including networking, Active Directory, and storage networks.
- Proven expertise in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for various end-user devices across multiple operating systems.
- Experience building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally through effective communication.
- Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting service metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in aligning business and technical needs across stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Salary range: 121,000 USD/year to 173,000 USD/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
