Your Role as an Associate Dental Practitioner:

As an Associate Dental Practitioner at Tend, you will be instrumental in helping our patients embrace their dental visits with enthusiasm. You will perform dentistry at the highest level using state-of-the-art technology and premium materials. This role demands a passion for service, as patient experience is at the core of our mission. You will lead clinical diagnosis and treatment planning tailored to each patient's unique needs while collaborating with a supportive dental team.

Qualifications:

  • Valid DDS or DMD degree
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Active dental license in the relevant state
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in a dental practice
  • Commitment to delivering the highest quality of care

  • Leadership qualities that foster collaboration and inclusivity

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, aiming to provide outstanding dental care and patient experiences
  • Collaborate effectively with non-clinical staff to enhance the operation of our dental studio, including teams in HR, Finance, IT, and Patient Experience
  • Encourage patients to look forward to their dental visits
