Description HIRING NOW: COLD CALLERS & TELEMARKETERS APPOINTMENT COORDINATORS WANTED - FULL & PART TIME Located at the Westfield Culver City Mall Acura of Los Angeles Westside is expanding - and we need phone assassins and conversational closers to join our Appointment Setting Team. This is your chance to break into the luxury automotive industry in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. The Role: Outbound Appointment Coordinator / Telemarketer You'll be part of the engine behind our sales team - calling, texting, emailing, and following up with prospects to schedule test drives and appointments. This role is heavily outbound - you'll be making cold calls, warm calls, follow-ups, and re-engagement calls daily. You will be relentless, persuasive, and professional - every call is a chance to convert interest into action. ?? What You'll Do Make 75+ outbound calls daily to prospects, no-shows, and past inquiries Text and email prospects to nurture and convert leads Set and confirm test drive and consultation appointments Overcome objections and build rapport quickly over the phone Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff Follow up on missed appointments or unsold opportunities Hit weekly contact, appointment, and show goals Maintain accurate records in our CRM What You'll Need Full-time availability (part-time options may be considered) At least 18 years old A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work comfortably with guests in person and via phone, email, text, and chat Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and a strong work ethic Ability to apply common-sense understanding to follow written and verbal instructions All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Experience with CRM systems and/or lead management tools is a plus Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
