Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurses for our client in Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, Arizona. This is a 1 Year contract assignment. Position Title: Registered Nurses Location: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, Arizona Duration: 1 year Work Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts (7 shifts per 2-week period), with rotation across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay rate: Fixed or Range where applicable Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide a full range of emergency care to patients of all ages, including triage using the Emergency Severity Index (Client).
  • Deliver individualized, goal-oriented nursing care in accordance with professional standards and Client protocols.
  • Perform clinical procedures including IV access/infusions, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, EKGs, and respiratory treatments.
  • Respond to emergency codes and assist with inter-facility patient transports as needed.
  • Administer medications safely, monitor for adverse reactions, and document all care per Joint Commission, CMS, and Client standards.
  • Coordinate patient care teams, guide staff, and support departmental quality initiatives.
  • Provide patient and staff health education, ensuring cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Maintain narcotic inventory, perform daily quality checks, and ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies.

  • Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 36 months RN experience, including at least 24 months in an Emergency Department or acute care setting.
  • Licensure: Current, valid, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
  • Certifications (American Heart Association):
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required
    • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or ATCN - Required
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (degree or diploma).
  • Skills: Proficient in electronic medical records, patient documentation, and basic computer applications.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work respectfully within American Indian and Alaska Native communities. Health & Compliance Requirements
  • Current fitness-for-duty medical clearance.
  • Up-to-date immunizations: Hepatitis A & B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, annual Influenza, TB screening (2-step or Quantiferon Gold/T-Spot), and others as applicable.
  • Completion of mandatory orientation and ED-specific competencies.
  • Successful completion of Level I & II background checks.
