We are looking for a Media Manager - Ninja Kitchen to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing media strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and sales across various Kitchen product categories. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital media channels to ensure the successful promotion of Ninja Kitchen products.

Strategic Media Planning & Execution: Develop and implement media strategies that align with Ninja Kitchen's brand objectives and growth goals. Work with internal teams and agencies to execute campaigns across digital, social, TV, print, and other relevant media channels.

Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve key performance metrics. Optimize campaigns continuously to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, social, PR, and sales teams to ensure media plans align with broader marketing strategies and business objectives. Ensure integrated execution across all touchpoints.

Media Buying & Negotiation: Manage media buying, including negotiations with media vendors, ensuring the best rates and placements for Kitchen media campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and external partners to ensure smooth execution.

Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and sales performance. Use analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Define and segment target audiences based on customer insights, behavior, and demographics, tailoring media strategies for maximum impact in the Kitchen living space.

Budget Management: Manage the media budget for Ninja Kitchen campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing the impact of every dollar spent. Track and report on spend and performance to ensure campaigns are staying on track.

Competitive & Market Insights: Monitor competitor media activities, trends, and new innovations in the Kitchen space. Use market insights to refine media strategies and keep Ninja Kitchen competitive.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and execution, preferably with a focus on consumer products and Kitchen categories. Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media channels is essential.

Strong understanding of media channels (digital, TV, print, etc.) with a focus on driving awareness, engagement, and sales. Experience working with media agencies to plan and optimize campaigns.

Ability to analyze campaign performance data, extract key insights, and use those insights to optimize media plans and improve future campaigns. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Nielsen, or similar platforms is a plus.

Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong negotiation skills to secure the best media rates and placements for Ninja Kitchen campaigns. Experience working with media vendors and external agencies.

A passion for Kitchen living, cooking, and adventure is a plus. Knowledge of the Kitchen products industry will be highly valued.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, etc.) is a plus.
