Project Control Analyst

We are looking for a Project Control Analyst to join our EMD team!

As our Project Control Analyst you will provide on-site project support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration. Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.

Your Challenge

• Assists in the preparation and analysis of program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Analyzes program performance metrics and identifies trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborates with program managers to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Supports the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business-related tasks.
• Prepares project cost and schedule baselines, weekly preparations of management financial reports in preparation of monthly program review. Prepares and presents program status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
• Works on the analysis of budgeting and costs on the contract and associated reports and spending plans.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participates in audits and assists in the implementation of corrective actions as needed.

What You Bring

• BS Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field from accredited institution.
• Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
• Generally requires one to seven years of prior relevant experience
• Some exposure to manufacturing
• Experience with Oracle or other similar ERP system
• Ability to review data and analyze problems
• Ability to work as part of a team & with other functional groups
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
