As an AI Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join a dynamic cross-functional team that harnesses advanced technology to provide accurate, scalable, and compliant AI-driven insights.
This role is crucial in transforming business needs into technical solutions. You will engage with multiple departments and end-users, develop data models, and analyze data from various internal and external systems to ensure that our systems seamlessly integrate to support project goals and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver informative presentations to technical and non-technical audiences, including external clients.
- Generate both ad hoc and scheduled reports showcasing model performance, trends, and essential metrics.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from diverse sources to enhance machine learning pipelines.
- Ensure data quality and consistency through rigorous validation and auditing processes.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can influence product strategies and partnerships.
- Visualize complex datasets, translating AI and machine learning outputs into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and adjust models to consider seasonal trends and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with broader business objectives and contribute to continuous model enhancements through documentation and feedback.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing analytics
- Proficiency in prompt engineering with LLMs like ChatGPT; corporate experience is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning tools and concepts.
- Basic proficiency in SQL; familiarity with SQL Server is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience with relevant data processing and visualization tools such as DOMO.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; experience in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations for varied audiences.
