Are you a passionate writer with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into clear, impactful content? Join our dynamic team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Content Strategist focused on Customer Experience and Adoption. We are looking for an innovative and growth-minded individual to enhance our Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) under the Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with strategists, subject matter experts, and designers to develop engaging content outlining AWS Private Pricing Programs guidelines, processes, and best practices. Your writing will directly influence the adoption and growth of our Private Pricing Program through effective enablement materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing a content strategy that supports our Private Pricing Program initiatives.
  • Identifying key audience segments and analyzing their needs to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Coordinating delivery of strategic content initiatives with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Evaluating the impact of content efforts and optimizing for maximum effectiveness.
  • Facilitating communication across AWS teams including Sales, Legal, Billing, Contracting, and Partners to align content strategies.
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and effectively address audience needs.

Basic qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, and development.
  • 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Master's or advanced degree in English, Communications, Content Strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong editorial skills including proofreading and content creation.
  • Experience driving complex, large-scale content projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation (images, videos).
  • Knowledge of content authoring tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US markets, with a base pay range of $133,200 to $220,200 per year, depending on geographic location and experience.
