Job Description The Systems Administrator will manage Microsoft Windows servers and systems, providing support across various locations within the Driscoll's enterprise, under the guidance of the Lead Systems Administrator. Responsibilities include assisting with the installation, configuration, upgrading, and enhancement of servers and systems, as well as escalated support to Application Support Teams, Help Desk staff, and PC users. The role involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Active Directory-based networks and related systems. Job Qualifications BS/BA in a computer-related field with at least four years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or equivalent. MCSE or similar professional certification preferred. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server 2003/2008, and Exchange 2010. Competency in SQL and PowerShell scripting. Five years of experience supporting Windows servers in a business environment. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and function effectively in a cross-cultural environment. Experience supporting Helpdesk personnel and basic troubleshooting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing vendors and support tickets. Valid California driver's license and ability to be covered under company vehicle insurance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a plus.
