You will be the Ground Support - Field and Depot Operations Manager for the PAC-3 Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for leading ground-related Field Operations, Depot Operations, Logistics, Proposal Management, and Control Account Manager (CAM) and Strategic Development activities.
What You Will Be Doing As the Ground Support - Field and Depot Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) and ensuring technical and program milestones are met on time and within budget. You will lead a team of logistics and sustainment professionals, providing program support and guidance to ensure seamless integration into program strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements: Secret security clearance International and domestic travel required Knowledge of DoD Logistics and Sustainment Engineering disciplines Proven ability to work across functional groups and lead teams Proficient with Microsoft Office Proposal development experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in logistics, maintenance, or a related field Proven experience in sustainment program management, including logistics planning, maintenance management, supply chain management, and inventory control Strong technical skills, including knowledge of logistics and maintenance systems, processes, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and program team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
