Aerospace manufacturing company urgently looking for Accounts Payable Clerks! This 4-week project has an opportunity to get extended! Qualifications Accounts payable experience Knowledge of an invoice and PO Ability to manage high-volume of invoice data entry Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processor to support a short-term Accounts Payable (AP) initiative. This role focuses on invoice validation, data entry, and purchase order processing. Its an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to re-enter the workforce, gain hands-on AP experience, or build their resume with a well-known and respected organization. This entry-level position is part of a larger effort to implement a new AP automation system. With a significant backlog of invoices to process, your contributions will be essential to keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Validate supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Perform data entry tasks related to invoice processing
- Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips
- Identify supplier information and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with the AP team to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
