Companion Care Needed

I need adult care provider with experience that is always comfortable with toddler children. my husband has a TBI. He is basically bedridden. His communication is limited. He can answer basic questions. It's hard for him to talk. His voice comes out very quite. He has a stomach tube and his on formula via feeding pump. We do diaper/condom catheter. I would like someone to also take the time and help him move his body very light exercise. I also have 2 toddlers age 1 and 3. I'm wanting to go back to work. I may only need assistance with the 1-year-old might look into putting the 3-year-old in Pre-K but it may be too late for that.
