Position Overview

We're looking for a Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our Fayetteville team. In this vital front-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for families beginning their ABA therapy journey. You'll guide them through the intake process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the welcoming voice and initial contact for new families
  • Conduct intake calls to gather key information and explain the next steps in care
  • Schedule evaluations and coordinate with clinical staff to keep things on track
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in internal systems
  • Act as a liaison between families and providers to keep communication clear
  • Track intake progress and follow up with families as needed
  • Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to ensure families understand the process
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create a seamless onboarding experience

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Prior experience in intake, administrative support, or customer service (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
