Project Finance Manager I - Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the SFFS product line finance team within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. This role manages the Dark Horse portfolio, covering programs from proposal to development, production, and sustainment.

Due to the classified nature of the programs, the job requires on-site presence in Nashua, NH or Totowa, NJ, with the possibility of remote work on a hybrid basis.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation
• Experience in program control and working proposals
• Financial Planning and Analysis expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Earned Value Management
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial data to leadership

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active SAP Clearance(s)
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion (Smartview), ProPricer, Investment Evaluation Models, and Cobra
• Ability to challenge industry practices and company policies
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment in decision-making and policy compliance
• Experience managing a compliant EVMS baseline
• Customer interaction skills
• Recent experience managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external customers

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $116,419 - $197,912
